What locations does 1-800 Drywall service?

Do I need to register before ordering?

Yes. By registering, you'll have access to the full capabilities of the website, including ordering and tracking orders.

What payment methods can I use?

Currently, e-Transfers or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) are accepted.

When can I have my items delivered?

We offer the following windows for delivery:
- Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

- You must be home for the entire timeframe, until delivery takes place, as we cannot schedule a specific time frame.

- Note: Alternative arrangements may be possible. Please call us at 1.844.379.9251 to see if we can accommodate your schedule.

Delivery / Return

Do you really place materials right into my house, including my basement, for the quoted prices?

You Bet! This is what we do: our experienced delivery personnel will deliver all the materials and tools you need to do your job and place them right where you requested. Specific locations are excluded from this service.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

We would be happy to assist you in modifying any order that has already been placed. Please contact us (call or text) at 1.844.379.9251.

Can I order 10’, 12’ or 14’ sheets of drywall if my items need to go up or down the stairs?

In our experience, 9’ sheets are the largest sheets that fit through access up and down stairways. Please review our Delivery Disclaimer.

What happens if the product cannot be delivered to the requested location, specifically a basement?

1-800 Drywall will not deliver to a basement if the selected drywall sheets are too long in length. If they cannot be delivered to the basement, 1-800 Drywall will leave the drywall sheets on the driveway or at a location as instructed by the purchaser. If the product needs to be returned, a credit will be provided for the product, less a $150 attempted delivery fee.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Preventing damage to the homeowner's property and ensuring the safety of our delivery personnel are our top priorities. To achieve this, we require the following:
- A sufficiently large stairwell, reasonable window access, or a walkout to accommodate the length of the drywall sheets for basement deliveries. If the sheets cannot be delivered directly to the basement, 1-800 Drywall will leave the drywall on the driveway or at a location specified by the purchaser.
*If the product needs to be returned, a credit will be issued for the product, minus a $150 attempted delivery fee.

- For stairwell deliveries, please remove the hand railing (if possible) to provide more space for manoeuvring the drywall sheets when carrying them up or down stairs.

- For boom access into the home, there must be clear, unobstructed access to the building (e.g., free of overhead power lines and trees).

- For the safety of our delivery personnel, they must always wear their boots. We recommend placing down a drop cloth or cardboard to protect the flooring they will be walking on.

Shortages and/or damaged materials must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

What happens in the event that I receive a damaged product?

While we make every effort to ensure we deliver the highest quality drywall, some damage is expected, as this is a fragile product and can be managed during mud or trimming. If the product is damaged due to negligence, we will substitute the product or provide a credit (determined by 1-800Drywall).

What is your Return Policy?

- All product(s) are to be returned by the customer; please contact us for the closest warehouse for your return.

- The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

- Returns are accepted up to 90 days from the original order date, accompanied by the sales invoice number.

- 25% restocking fee applies to all merchandise returned for credit

- Drywall and all Special-Order Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Ceiling Grid is not accepted for return nor refund (ceiling grid and all packaged products can only be returned in box quantities; no single pieces will be accepted. For example, even though we sell ceiling grid in single pieces, we cannot accept returns of them as they are too easily damaged out of the box).

- If the refund brings the initial order below our minimum delivery requirements (location dependent), a $50 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

- Discounts are subject to removal if the refund exceeds 20% of the order.

What if I order too much product?

Ordered too much? Don’t worry about it! Contact us, and we will advise you on where to return your unneeded materials, excluding Drywall. We will provide a refund less a restocking fee (if applicable).

How Does Our Drywall Delivery Fee Work?

Orders Under $1000.00 - Cannot Accommodate (does not meet minimum order requirement)

**Anything outside of our 50 KM Radius we will apply an additional delivery fee, please inquire. 

**Lethbridge specific - $40.00 in town, please inquire about out of town delivery fees.
